Gap is officially blurring the lines between fashion and beauty this holiday season, and comfort is the ultimate winner. The American apparel favourite has teamed up with cult beauty staple Summer Fridays for a cosy 20-piece collection that marks the skincare label’s first-ever apparel collaboration.
The assortment includes knit sweaters, flannel poplin pyjamas, and giftable accessories like headbands and CashSoft socks. All pieces included in the collection come in Summer Fridays’ signature hues, Pink Sugar, Cherry, Vanilla, and the iconic Jet Lag Mask Blue, making the collab a visual crossover between beauty and fashion.
Summer Fridays co-founder Marianna Hewitt spoke on the collection, stating,
“There’s such a natural synergy between Gap and Summer Fridays – we both believe in creating easy, timeless essentials for everyday life.”

This fusion is brought to life in a short film starring actress and model Barbie Ferreira, which playfully reframes “getting ready” as preparing to stay in. Set to “I Don’t Care” by Dutch Actors, the spot celebrates the joy of a low-key night in, where confidence and comfort are the stars.
Mark Breitbard, CEO and President of Gap, spoke about the campaign in a press release:
“Gap and Summer Fridays are built on the same idea – that products designed to make you feel good and bring comfort and joy never go out of style…this collaboration celebrates everyday essentials in a way that feels fresh, modern, and authentic.”

The launch will also transform the Gap Store at The Grove into a gifting pop-up on launch day. The pop-up will treat customers to custom embroidery with purchase, an interactive charm bar, sweet treats, and an appearance by Ferreira.
Shoppers who spend $125 will receive a gift with purchase beauty bundle, complete with Summer Fridays goodies inside a branded makeup bag.

Priced from $28 to $98, the collection will be available online at gap.com and across 55 stores in the U.S. and Canada, with additional international rollouts in markets including the UK, Turkey, Peru and the Middle East.
