A model, entrepreneur, and long-time advocate for body diversity and self-acceptance, Lawrence saw an opportunity in what many beauty brands overlooked: the space between efficacy and emotion. 

Saltair is a collection of sensorial, clinically informed body products that blend dermatologist-grade actives, including niacinamide, glycolic acid, and retinoids, with nutrient-rich botanicals and mood-lifting fragrances.

In the U.S., Saltair has quickly established itself as a disruptor, appealing to consumers seeking functional formulas that also deliver on experience. Now, two years later, the brand is bringing its philosophy to the UK.

Saltair’s debut at SpaceNK marks a significant move in the brand’s international growth strategy.

The World of Saltair: Launching Through Experience

To celebrate its arrival in the UK, Saltair partnered with 5th House World to build an immersive brand event in London, titled ‘The World of Saltair’. The event was designed to bring its sensorial philosophy to life.

Polly Lovelady, Managing Director of 5th House World Beauty & Wellness, describes the vision behind the experience:

“The theme we wanted to bring to life was ‘The World of Saltair,’ with a fully immersive experience that allowed guests to explore the brand’s universe through the senses. Every touchpoint was designed to reflect Saltair’s sensoriality, design, and efficacy, from the product experience station to the layout to the florals and cocktails.”

The event unfolded as a journey through Saltair’s three core pillars: inclusivity, science, and sensoriality.

“Guests began with the Everybody Is Welcome Here mirror representing Saltair’s mission to help everyone feel comfortable, confident, and empowered in their own bodies,” Lovelady says.

The walls were also covered in Saltair’s campaign imagery, reflecting the diversity of its community. Then, guests moved into the Treat Your Skin area, where they could touch, feel, and learn about the ingredients, powerful actives, and science behind the products.

Finally, they explored the four key fragrance collections to Awaken the Senses — Santal Bloom, Golden Hour, Saltwater Vanilla, and Pink Beach— each with floral structures that reflected its unique ingredients.”

For Lawrence, launching Saltair in the UK is a symbolic full circle, an opportunity to reconnect with her British audience and expand her brand’s cultural footprint.
